NDIS support coordination involves optimising an NDIS participant’s plan by connecting them with the right people and services that meet their needs.
Use our pre-planning services to understand how the NDIS works and options available for funding
Our NDIS participants get regular statements and reports via our exclusive NDIS app which also provides access to view/approve their invoices and check their funding in real time. Our PC Portal provides participants, family, support or providers ‘view only’ of a participant's plan funding.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support to people with disability, their families and carers.
