Meet Cassie: A Friday Filled with Fun and Friendship

My name is Cassie and on Friday's I attend art and crafts at my support worker Tanya's house. My friends Ryan and Paul also meet me there. We dance and sing together, and also play music on the guitar. I help my friends cook a sausage sizzle for lunch. After all the activities, we sit down and have a sweet treat together like cake or jelly slice. My favourite part about Friday's is being with my friends.
Support Coordination is a collaborative process designed to support participants in accessing and managing services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. It involves working closely with individuals to identify and coordinate the necessary support.
